Road Runner Standard features an average downstream speed of 10 Mbit/s, and an average upstream speed of 1 Mbit/s. Road Runner Basic is less expensive, with average downstream of 1 Mbit/s and upstream of 256 kbit/s, Road Runner Turbo, the more expensive service features speeds up to 15 Mbit/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream.
